Registered users may delete their own comments by clicking the "My Content and Settings" icon next to their username, just above the comment box. You can delete individual comments on that comic/news post, and also request total deletion of all of your comments site-wide.

Or you can edit the comment to be marked for deletion by a moderator.

The only option for unregistered users to delete their comments is to edit their post to mark for deletion by a moderator.
