And now we know what Flora saw a few nights earlier. I sure hope Colin thought to close the drapes. Is anybody else concerned that the cops may show up to discuss Tanya’s case only to find an adult and three minors “hanging out” together?
And was co-opted by the RAF during WWII and the Battle of Britain to signal when enemy aircraft had been found and to engage. Odd historical note… Fox hunting was done to obtain the cryptochrome from their eyes which was used in early photographic development until more modern methods were established. Cryptochrome actually enables the fox to see the disturbances caused in magnetic fields by the bioelectric field generated by prey. I just love the combination of youthful exuberance “Hunter”, children’s directness “Benni” and adult restraint “Colin” plus the way Kaleb just accepts things this has it has A very realistic natural feel to the whole scenario.

Knowledge of tacos being messy has me assuming this is going to be an awfully messy meal.
He’s possibly eyeballing the tacos as he gets to have more than one without ‘paying’. Poor kit has more than likely never really eaten his fill judging by the way his ribs are visible.
There’s a lot of potential for things to go wrong here, sort of like spinning plates. But at the same time there’s a lot of potential for things to go right in the form of a very filling dinner, some relaxing television, and a good night’s sleep. Something they all need right now.

Now this is where it’s at. This is what real nudity looks like. Colin is a bit pudgy with a forming pot belly, and Benni is severely underweight and lanky, and has an almost xenomorphic structure look about him. None of our main characters have what would be considered idealized figure builds, or hyper dongs just hanging freely for everyone to see. Instead they’re all a mix of realistic proportions and believable body types. What really sells this week’s strip is just how casual Kaleb is with everything. Hunter’s state can be explained by youthful enthusiasm and being excited about… Read more »
An intelligent observation! And one that I agree with. We do, however, know that when Kaleb visits the grandparents that they let him run around in the nude as he wants, so I can see his perspective being rather accepting and blasé about it all. Then again, until Mr. Campion indicates otherwise, I’ll go with visual stimulation in regards to sexuality being slightly below other indicators such as scent and touch. Most animals find symmetry attractive in potential mates, but that’s only because it indicates good genes. I can see sexual triggers being an intriguing combination between human and animal,… Read more »

Um, “tally-ho” is the term used by foxhunters when they are about to send their hounds to tear up the fox they’ve been chasing.
I could see foxes adopting the term as there own, like the n word being used by black people to each other.

Estoc used Trivia on the othe Readers/Fans.
It was Fascinating, and effective.
I’m sorry. I can’t help it as I’m also an educator… It’s a failing of mine. 😉
Worse things happen in the mines.
They really do…

I still can’t help but expect this to turn out badly…. 🙁
Kaleb is very casual about all this. And Colin seems very nervous in the last panel.
Benni’s expression in the last panel is hard to interpret.

Strangely, he’s actually skinnier now than he was in the Doctor’s office 😉
This feels Not Okay

they’re all so cute ;; i love seeing mr colin nakie too
I think it’s adorable that Kaleb keeps calling him ‘Mr. Colin’ though he told him to just call him Colin.
I know Colin is just trying to make everybody comfortable but I just feel like this could go wrong or be interpreted wrong by the wrong person.
