That’s a rather binary take on it. It’s more like “Two people are wearing a shirt. One has short sleeves, the other has arm-length sleeves.”
I have two hammers. One is a framing with straight claws, the other is a ballpeen with no claws. Are they both hammers or are they different tools?
A slightly more apt comparison would be between a ball-peen hammer and a sledge. 😉

Good thing the characters have humanlike genitalia and not all the different kinds of genitalia that real animals have. Sex education THEN would be an absolute nightmare!
It would be more fun if that were so! Of course, bacula half the length of the body or something like that would probably have to be gengineered out by the humans.
Lol at Colin for noticing Tanya’s squeal from last comic. The talk is going good so far; they’re keeping everything matter-of-fact and answering all questions concisely. Of course, erections can also happen without sexual excitement, like in the case of morning wood.
I suspect that point will come up sooner or later.
There used to be a WLUP radio morning program in Chicago featuring Jonathan Brandmeier. Ron Wood of the Rolling Stones was a guest, and he made a commercial where he says, “I wake up to Brandmeier. So wake up to him too, and you can wake up with Wood.”
Sure can but I’m thinking because of the wide age range, they’re trying to keep it as simple as possible.
Yes, but the parents did the right thing by saying that it ‘mostly’ happens when aroused. Going into too much detail at this age range, especially for little kids, can confuse them. Best thing to do is thrown in a mostly to cover the fact that there are times that it works different and stay focused on the most relevant situation. The other minutia can be cleared up after the kid understands the basics.
I remember seeing a cartoon where one boy tells another, “Everything I learned about sex comes from watching ‘Benny Hill’.”

Kind of waiting for talitha to chip in wondering why their going over such basic things that ‘everyone’ should know and/or volunteering far more detail then the parents planned to go into yet.
I mean from her view point this is all pretty well known ‘fun’ stuff, either she wouldn’t understand other’s not knowing what she knows as a little kid or she will be excited to be able to teach others and share the stuff she considers important about genitals, specifically all the fun things you an do with them.
That…was really cleaver. Good one.
