Tanya might not yet realize this fact. In her case she was penetrated by Talitha without giving permission, just hours after she was raped. I’m a bit more willing to cut Colin some slack, because I see him as still trying to figure out what the best course of action is since he’s well outside of his comfort zone. Flora might’ve helped him, but she gave him knowledge/information without the accompanying wisdom. He needs time to feel his way through everything that’s been thrown at him after having his world view shattered. There’s going to be bumps in the road.
When Colin said “Well, THAT just happened”, what he meant is that Benny orgasmed as a result of Tanya’s touching. Not in the sense of resigning (or something) of what she was doing.

You need to have his back just as much as you’d have Hunter’s or Tanya’s until he can figure out how to tell Tanya and others that he doesn’t want to get touched all the time.
I think it’s a bit much to say she’s going to grow up to be an SA; keep in mind that she is only 9 and she’s new to all of this; Colin, as the adult, should be setting the boundaries here but he’s still trying to process all of this himself, which is probably why he didn’t interfere earlier. Have… Have you been reading the comic? Colin and Tanya have, at best, a VERY tiny and very incomplete idea of “what’s up with Bennie”. They literally doesn’t know the extent Bennie has been exploited and abused, but while Colin DOES know he’s very experienced with sex and with both Flora AND Colin had a very recent discussion directly with Tanya and Bennie (in the comic, hours ago at most) about being open and clear with respecting others boundaries along with a bias toward saying “no” if there is any question at all. Benni had told her previously that she could touch him if she wanted, so, in her mind, she’s probably thinking “he said I could do it, so what’s the problem?”, That combined with Benni not saying anything, I doubt she really sees the full implications of what she’s doing, which is what Colin is clumsily trying to make her understand. Correct me if I’m wrong, because I very well could be, but I honestly don’t know if anyone has told Tanya about Benni’s past experience with molestation and rape. I don’t think she really knows that he’s gone through more than she has. She may just think he’s really chill with it all, like it’s no big deal.
If she found out the truth, if she was told outright, she might be more hesitant about grabbing his junk.

But more than that, to Benni it may be no big deal. It was always clear his idea of owning his own body has been deliberately broken down over time. Hell, he’s told both Flora and Colin that sex is no big deal to him.
That makes it even more important for Colin to help reinforce boundaries.
