Tanya just told Beth-Anne to EFF off, but it’s a safe bet that either Colin or Flora is going to answer the door and fin out that Beth-Anne wants to apologize and let them know where Jestan and Co are hiding. I hope that Beth-Anne tells Tanya that she had no part in her rape and that she did try to stop Jestan, but she ran to get help when he threatened to do to her what he was doing to Tanya. Hopefully Tanya will give Beth-Anne some forgiveness with the condition that she goes to the authorities to report… Read more »
She wasn’t. Beth-Anne there was for most of it, up until Jestan decided it was rape time. She told him to stop, he threatened her with a knife and said he’d rape her instead of Tanya if she didn’t butt out. Tanya was awake for this and witnessed the whole thing, and how Beth-Anne told him to stop, so that might earn her some sympathy points if Tanya can recall those details.
Benni didn’t arrive on the scene until long after Beth-Anne was sent running for her own safety.
Grateful? No. Aware of the fact she didn’t want Tanya to be raped because that wasn’t part of the plan? Not really, because there was too much going on at the moment. Aware that Jestan was willing to do the same or worse to Beth-Anne if she interrupted him again? Possibly.
Beth-Anne is stinker enough.
She was willing to have her two male friends beat up a kid two years younger than them.
And far from trying to stop Jestan raping Tanya, she only warned him “Not to go too far” and when she ran away did Nothing to find help for the girl being raped.
People talk about Forgiveness WAY too soon in my book.
What’s to say that she wasn’t trying to find help? She may have been trying but if she is a known troublemaker and liar, people are going to find it extremely hard to believe or help her.
Beth-Anne’s best bet is that Flora and Colin listens to her and calls KPS and the police so that she can give her statement.
Wow, I was not expecting her to actually come to their house like that; I was just figuring she was going to try to talk to Kaleb. I can’t blame Tanya for slamming the door in her face. Hopefully, she’s there to actually do something useful.

I will admit I’m astounded that Tanya didn’t just punch her in the face.will
Same here.
Probably because she needs one hand to hold her crutch, and her other hand to hold onto the doorknob.
Motivation can trump disability. XD
Can’t really blame her for slamming the door in her face.
Me either

I think Yesterday is a little too soon to expect forgiveness from anybody involved, let alone Tanya.
That, or just hit her in the face with a crutch. She is showing a lot of restraint right now.
Tanya, this isn’t your house. You may be angry with her but, it’s Flora’s place to forbid her from coming near the house.
Beth-Anne may just prove she isn’t the stinker everyone thinks she is. Just like Benni, she wants forgiveness and might be trying to right a wrong.
Tanya would not be expected to know that, would she?
No, but knowing Flora and Colin, Tanya might learn that.
Plus I don’t know or remember if Beth-Anne was there when Benni charged in to save Tanya.

But Beth-Anne ran away rather than tried to rescue Tanya. You don’t expect Tanya to be grateful for that, do you?

There’s a lot of assumptions in that first paragraph.
Sound assumptions TBH.
Maybe Campion can clarify about Beth-Anne being a bully, troublemaker and/or liar.
