It’s sad that in “civilized” society we have to be terrified to even look on a child’s innocent nakedness. While in what we call “third-world” such things are just a natural and beautifully free part of childhood. My primary submission for why I hate organized religion. It’s where all the seeds of shame come from.
Child molesting is in fact very common in the third world too. You don’t have to take my word for it, having sex with little children was very common in ancient times. So maybe us Westerners aren’t so terrible after all.
I don’t exactly see the link between nudity, appreciation of the human body and child molestation, but OK. A molester will happily remove the clothes of a victim.
Surprisingly enough, if you study the issue you’ll find that it is less Religion that is to blame and more the Victorians.
Society was overall a lot less prudish before they went full-on.

My question is, is he running away because he doesn’t want there to be misunderstanding about what is going on, or is he running because he felt something he feels he shouldn’t?
Colin didn’t run away when Benni offered to perform sexual favors for him…but then, he did point out that he was not gay. Perhaps the sight of even a baby vagina might give him bad ideas?

There are lines and details on the crotch of his pants that concern me. Campion don’t do this to me!
I didn’t catch those details in the drawing that you pointed out. Clearly some small, primitive portion of Colin’s brain is sending unwanted signals to his “little head”. Unlike Benni’s dad and Tali’s dad, Colin is smart enough and strong enough to remove himself from the situation before he slips down the path of immoral and illegal behavior.

Dad stripped a gear because his daughter deliberately flashed him.
Saw that coming. 🙂
Uncomfort and unsure how to cope level set to 11!!!
Well, duh. He’s probably scared he’d be accused of diddling his daughter, what with the other dads having done the same with their kits. I’d be too.

They don’t use this old Coppertone ad nowadays: Coppertone (sunscreen) – Wikipedia

My guess is your second guess, considering where his eyes seem to be looking before he bolts.
I had the exact same thought

It still scares me, this comic holds no punches.
That’s why I love it <3
What you suggest isn’t a slippery slope, but the high dive!
