This week’s entry is silly, lighthearted, and gets me laughing for numerous reasons.
Although I wince at Tanya deciding to just flop to the floor like she is, with nothing but a sheet and the carpeting to cushion her fall. If she was standing and dropping like that, that’s going to hurt because gravity is a bitch.

Alright, time for a bit more serious discussion. I went back and read over the pages set last night in Colin’s apartment, and I don’t remember seeing anything relating to putting sheets up over the windows so strangers couldn’t look in. Did I miss a line somewhere, or did Campion just now think to include that in the story at the time? Tanya opting to go commando has me wondering just how long that’s been going on. You might be looking at proximity to neighbors in effect, Colin might be closer to being spied on than Flora. And it could also be thinner curtains as well.
Colin seems much more nervous about being seen naked around his daughter than the boys. He is probably still scared of his own reaction. When she spread her legs earlier Flora was there to talk to about it, but now he’s alone with Tanya and a boy her age. He doesn’t have the confidence that Flora does to defend their nudity should someone see and object. I’m thinking that Tanya is dancing on the thin line between “nudist” and “exhibitionist”. And leaning toward exhibitionist.
It does sort of seem that way. Only time will tell for certain. Once the newness wears off she might settle down.
It’s also possible this might give Colin reason to let Tanya swap out skirts for shorts, which is something she’d like to do regardless.
