Good move on wanting to learn more about Flora and also wanting to keep the relationship going. Shows that you care and want to learn from past issues and grow from them and use them to make your relationship stronger.

Most likely Flora is going to tell Colin what she told Benni about her kithood and more.
Though the hippie commune fell apart after Flora got abused, most hippie communes already died out in the mid 1970’s. It should be noted that Flora’s parents did not separate and during the phone call Flora’s mother even joked about her daughter having sex.
I know of at least one near where I was a teen that was operating at least as late as the mid-80s. I didn’t bother to keep up with them after I left for college.
Some did and do survive, just as there are still some old hippies in India. There are fad followers and when they go away, true believers still stay on.
They were Nudists in redneck South Central Pennsylvania, so… y’know… Probably were “encouraged” to move on at some point. 😉
A nudist colony is not the same as a hippie commune. (See the movie “A Shot In The Dark” for an example.) Very likely no locals would have cared about it unless some developers were interested in the land.

I remember when the Amazing Spider Man comic strip was in the Chicago Tribune, and Spider man himself admitted in an interview that he was molested as a child. So now it’s going to be the case with Colin as well?
I don’t hate Skip or Steven whatever being written into Spider-Lore. I just can’t forgive someone hurting their friends. Whatever the creator is planning, I have full faith in them!
It does make for an interesting compare and contrast of what happened last night. Colin agreed to get naked with the boys, but did everything he could to make sure they behaved themselves. Flora refrained from getting naked with the girls, but allowed them to misbehave rather than fighting them on what to do.
Did she even know about Talitha playing with Tanya’s genitals?

IIRC she did try to stop Talitha at first, but after Tanya did it an was worried about her body being “broken”, Flora gave her the green light because she didn’t want her to feel like she was doing something wrong.
