Colin knows what it’s like to be a young kit. Good on him for not raising his voice and just talking it out.
Decompression time between his awareness of the events and his talk with Bennie has allowed him to remember certain features of his own youth. We always want things to be better for our young folk.
Poor Benni; he’s so used to people treating him badly he still surprised when people are actually reasonable with him. Also, I’m proud of Colin for handling this so well; he’s grown a lot as a parent since the beginning of the comic.
While the disappointed hits hard, colin is understanding that, hey, benni is young and been through a lot. Both Tanya and Benni have a lot to untangle. Tanya was r*ped and Benni was well…as far as I can recall abused…
